• A non-refundable coordination & administrative cost of €200
• A pre-prescription phone consult with a Doctor
• 2 x Ultrasound Scans

*Additional testing can be arranged outside of this Package

• The amount in full is payable prior to any calls or appointments being scheduled.
• Staff at Sims IVF will not interpret the results of ultrasound scans.  Scan reports and blood result reports will be published to your Salve App.
• It is the patient responsibility to provide scan reports to your treating clinic.
• Your treating clinic may require additional investigations or cycle monitoring bloods. These are at an additional cost. Please contact our patient coordinators for pricing.

Cancellations & Refund Points

• Cancellation Prior to doctor consult call -€500 refund
• After doctor consult call and prior to attending your first scan - €300 refund
• After the first scan  -  €150 refund
