Noeleen Harpur
Acting Deputy Midwife Manager
Wexford Clinic
Noeleen is a registered midwife with over 12 years experience, having graduated from University College Dublin with a BSc in Midwifery in 2012.
While working as a midwife in National Maternity Hospital in Dublin and Wellington Regional Hospital in New Zealand, she cared for many women and couples who had conceived through fertility treatment and spoke with them about the difficulty, stress and emotional impact of the treatments they had been through. This sparked her interest in specialising in fertility care, desiring to help fertility patients during this vulnerable time in their lives.
A member of the team in Sims IVF since 2019, Noeleen has gained multiple qualifications in Fertility Ultrasound and was part of the first graduating class of its kind for Advanced Imaging in Fertility Ultrasound, awarded by UCD School of Medicine.
Noeleen has been Acting Deputy Midwife Manager in Sims since March 2024 and will now be leading our specialised patient care services from our new Wexford Satellite Clinic. Noeleen is delighted to bring fertility care to her home region of the South East.
