Deirdre Ramkaun

Deirdre completed her studies in London and gained a qualification as a Registered General Nurse in 1993. She always had an interest in women’s health and started her career working on the Gynae and early pregnancy ward. She worked for seven years in women’s health as a senior staff nurse and gained a qualification in higher diploma in gynaecological studies.

Deirdre moved back to Ireland in 2000. She joined the Sims clinic in 2001 and was part of the growth and expansion of the early years. She gained vast experience working in all areas of the clinic over the past 20 years. The past twelve of these years Deirdre has worked as a senior Fertility nurse in Rotunda IVF (formally known as HARI unit).She gained a qualification in fertility and early pregnancy scanning in UCD in 2014.

Deirdre moved back to Sims in Clonskeagh in December 2020,
